乳化液泵站液压系统设计及基于AMESim系统建模仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了一种自行设计的乳化液泵站液压系统,对系统的工作原理以及流量自动卸载子系统进行了阐述,并运用AMESim系统仿真软件,对本液压系统进行建模仿真,对仿真结果进行了分析,得出了影响乳化液泵站液压系统稳定运行的关键因素。

Abstract:The paper introduce a self-designed hydraulic system used for emulsion pump station and discribe the hydraulic system woks and flow automatically unload subsystem,and use of AMESim system simulation software,modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system,and analysised the the simulation results,and obtained the the key factor of the emulsion pump hydraulic system for stable operation.
