引信防雨研究

摘    要:介绍了用高速雨滴发生器模拟雨滴碰撞引信防雨机构的原理和方法,以M739引信防雨机构为例,通过实验测得雨滴对引信防雨机构的作用力以及引信防雨机构对雨滴碰撞的动态响应,并且建立了防杆的模型,以实验数据为输入,用数值方法计算了引信防雨机构对雨滴碰撞的动态响应,为引信防雨机构的设计和改进提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper presents the method and theorem of simulating raindrop impacting fuze rain proof device by using a high speed raindrop generator.It takes the rain proof device for M739 fuze as an example. The applied force of raindrop on the fuze rain proof device and the dynamic response of the fuze rain proof device to raindrop impact are measured by using experiments. And the model of the rain proof device(rod) is set up. When experiment data are used as inputs, the dynamic response of the fuze rain proof cevice to raindrop inpact can be calculated with the help of a numerical method. The results obtained can be used as a reference in designing and improving the fuze rain proof device.
