| 摘 要： | 针对现在小城镇规划实施难的现状,发现了规划实施存在的诸多问题并深入剖析了其存在的原因。在此基础上,较系统地提出了小城镇规划实施过程中的措施和对策,旨在推进我国的小城镇规划建设,提高小城镇的综合竞争力,实现其可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The author discovered many problems of the small town planning implement,and analysed the cause of the problem contraposing the present conditions that the implement of small town planning is difficult.On this foundation,the author systematically puts forward the innovation solution during the small town planning implement process.The aim of the innovation solution is to put forward the small town planning in construction,to improve the general competition of the small town,and to achieve the sustentation development. |
