| 摘 要： | 经过分析、研究现有的注塑模二级推出机构,认为普遍存在机构复杂、不便于设计与制造等不足。为了弥补这些不足,满足不同注塑模具设计的需要,创新设计了一种新型双推板二级推出机构。重点介绍了该机构的组成和工作原理、主要零件的结构及其主要尺寸的设计、机构的应用实例。该机构结构简单,设计制造容易,工作可靠,通用性强。
