摘    要:SBT声波测井仪器的换能器是声波测井仪器的关键部件,其设计和制作过程均需要针对具体的应用条件和环境,结合偏心声源激发的声波环绕井壁的传播规律,设计相应的频率和激发方式。在制作过程中,需要解决如下关键问题:压电片的外形及其几何尺寸的设计与选择、换能器结构及其相应的机械振动模态分析、压电片电特征的估计和测量、压电片的配对、电极表面的处理、粘接材料的选择、粘接工艺等。

Abstract:The acoustic transducer is the most important part of SBT tool. Its main frequency and vibration mode must be devised with the help of the propagation of the sonic wave excited by eccentric source around the borehole. In this paper, a new acoustic transducer of SBT sonic logging tool is introduced. Based on vibration mode and frequency of 1 dimension, the paper discusses the frequency, size and capacitance of the transducer, including a parameter measuring system. The techniques how to make the acoustic transducer are also analyzed.
