大型马蹄焰玻璃熔窑结构对玻璃液流动特性影响的研究

摘    要:从熔窑结构特征上探讨了马蹄焰熔窑的优势和劣势.马蹄焰熔窑的优势是结构紧凑、节能效果明显,劣势是玻璃液熔制工艺和熔制质量有欠缺.借鉴多对小炉横火焰熔窑的高质量玻璃液熔制工艺特点,设置窑坎可以改变马蹄焰熔窑熔化部生产流的流动路径,以此延长了生产流路径,增加了玻璃液在热点高温区的停留时间,提供了玻璃液在窑坎后空间的折转分层流动的优选玻璃液的机制.增设鼓泡可以建立马蹄焰熔窑熔化部的强制对流,改善由于窑坎的分隔使得熔化部环流的弱化和分层,尤其是随着窑坎增高,熔化部玻璃液底层迟滞层厚度增加;鼓泡形成的强制对流重组了整个熔化部的玻璃液流动形态,强化了混合性和传热过程.
