湿法烟气脱硫GGH换热元件结垢问题探讨

摘    要:三河发电有限责任公司一期脱硫GGH换热元件结垢,不仅导致净烟气不能达到设计要求的排放温度,而且对下游设备造成腐蚀,同时增加了吸收塔耗水量和降低了脱硫效率。更严重的是GGH换热元件的结垢将引起增压风机出力增加,从而导致喘振,影响机组以及脱硫系统的安全运行。因此,必须解决GGH换热元件的结垢问题。文章给出了详细的GGH结垢分析以及改善措施,力求提高锅炉的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:Scaling on FGD GGH heat exchange components of Sanhe Power Generation, phase I caused that not anly clean gas can not meet design requirement for emission temperature, corroded its downstream equipment, but water consumption of absorber was increased and FGD efficiency was decreased at same time. More seriously, scaling will increase boost fan's output, which causes machine surge and effects FGD safe operation. Therefore, the scaling must be solved. The paper analyzes the problem in details with improving measures, and seeks for boiler economy and safety improvement.
