摘    要:摩擦喷射纳米颗粒复合电沉积工艺是一项获得纳米颗粒复合镀层的表面工程新技术,具有复合含量高,工艺简单等特点。讨论了纳米颗粒、电压、摩擦压力、相对运动速度以及镀液的喷射速度等主要工艺参数对N i-A l2O3纳米颗粒复合镀层电沉积过程的影响。

Abstract:Friction and spraying metal-nano-particles composite electroplating is a new surface engineering technology to prepare nano-composite coatings,which owns virtues of high content of nano-particles in composite coatings and simple in processing.The effect of main processing factors,such as nano-particles,voltage,intensity of friction pressure,relative motion velocity and spray rate on Ni-nano-Al_2O_3 co-deposition was discussed.
