并网型变速风力发电机组的控制技术与策略

摘    要:阐明了为最大限度利用风能,并网型变速风力发电机组所采用的控制技术和策略;给出了风速在不同阶段,并网型风力发电机组的控制途径;分析了ISC、DSC、双重控制、OPDC、DAC和PI控制以及智能控制的方法及其构成;指出了各种控制技术和策略的优缺点以及今后的发展方向。

Abstract:The control technology and strategy of interconnected variable speed wind turbine generators (IVSWTG) to facilitate maximum energy capture over a wind range of wind speeds, and its control approach in various range of wind speeds are analyzed. Furthermore, many types of command ways and constructions such as indirect speed control (ISC); direct speed control (DSC); ISC and DSC united control, optimum power direct control (OP1C), disturbance accommodating control (DAC), proportional-integral (PI) control and intelligent control are discussed. Finally, the virtue and shortcoming of all kinds of control technologies and strategies, and the developing direction of IVSWTG are reviewed as well.
