| 摘 要： | 夹具的制造精度对球头立铣刀端刃的磨削精度影响较大 ,而夹具的调整精度影响着球头立铣刀的端刃曲线精度和端刃前、后角的精度 ;在夹具的调整过程中 ,除旋转轴与偏转轴的夹角外 ,其它部位均可借助机床坐标显示进行辅助调整 ,因此α的调整与计算显得尤其重要 ,本文针对这种情况下产生的误差进行分析 ,以便在实际加工中控制和消除误差

| Abstract: | The manufacture accuracy of jig has influence on grinding accuracy of the edge of ball-end-milling-cutter. And the adjustment accuracy of the jig a lso has influence on the curve accuracy and angular accuracy of the edge of the cutter. So it is important to adjust and calculate the angle between the rota tion axis and yawing axis. The error produced in this case is analyzed, in order to control and dispel the error in actual processing. |
