| 摘 要： | 在新电厂投产前，一般需要清洗和钝化，以形成一层抵制外界腐蚀的表面钝化膜。传统上常以盐酸作为清洗剂，但由于其腐蚀性，近年来柠檬酸作为一种新型清洗剂，正以其无法比拟的优越性迅速发展，并有逐渐取代无机强酸清洗的趋势。通过小型静态实验，找出最佳使用条件，为其发挥最佳清洗效果进行了一定的探索

| Abstract: | Boiler unit must be cleaned and passivated to produce a protective magnetite film on mild steel,which resists atmospheric corrosion before operating.Although hydrochloric acid is the conventional cleaning chemical,it is replaced by citric acid step by step due to its corrosion effect.As a new cleaning chemical,citric acid is developing at a high speed,and tends to replace hydrochloric acid.In order to make citric acid satisfactorily operative,many tests have been done and some best operational conditions have been found. |
