摘    要:介绍了A2 0 2型氨合成催化剂在NC - 10 0 0内件合成塔中的应用 ,对NC - 10 0 0型内件合成塔升温还原及实际生产情况进行分析总结 ,指出A2 0 2型氨合成催化剂具有出水早、易还原、低压活性高、耐热和抗毒性好等特点 ,是一种节能、高效的氨合成催化剂。

Abstract:The applications of A202 catalyst for ammonia synthesis in synthetic tower with NC-1000 inner component were described and the situations of temperature deoxidization and practical production in the synthetic tower were summarized. The results showed that A202 catalyst for ammonia synthesis had characteristics such as early water draining, easy deoxidization, high activity under low pressure and good heat resistance and poison tolerance and it was a kind of high effective catalyst for synthesizing ammonia which could save energy.
