| 摘 要： | 以蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus) AF-1为发酵菌株，对其发酵产磷脂酶培养基和发酵条件进行优化。结果表明，最佳培养基组成为：葡萄糖2%，蛋白胨3%，磷酸氢二钠1.5%，磷酸二氢钾0.3%，硫酸镁0.06%，氯化钙0.01%；15 L发酵罐发酵条件为发酵时间30 h，装液系数为0.67，接种量为10%，初始pH值为7.5，发酵温度为35 ℃，通气量为0.3 m3/h，在此最佳条件下得到的发酵液磷脂酶活力为41.57 U/mL。

| Abstract: | The media and fermentation conditions of phospholipase production from Bacillus cereus AF-1 were optimized. The optimal culture medium formula was as follows: glucose 2%, peptone 3%, Na2HPO4 1.5%, K2HPO4 0.3%, MgSO4 0.06% and CaCl2 0.01%. The optimal conditions of 15 L fermentor were as follows: fermentation time 30 h, liquid loading coefficient 0.67, inoculum 10%, initial pH 7.5, fermentation temperature 35 ℃ and ventilatory capacity 0.3 m3/h. The phospholipase activity of fermented broth could reach 41.57 U/ml under the optimal conditions. |
