微波辅助提取杜仲叶总黄酮工艺优化

摘    要:以杜仲叶粉末为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了微波辅助提取杜仲叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,微波辅助水提取杜仲叶总黄酮工艺最佳参数为料液比1∶25(g∶mL),微波功率320 W,提取时间2.5 min,提取3次。在此最佳条件下,总黄酮提取率可达8.7%。

Abstract:Using Eucommia ulmoides leaves as raw material, the optimum conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from E. ulmoides leaves were determined by single factor tests and orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶25 (g∶ml), microwave power 320 W, extraction time 2.5 min, extraction times 3. Under the conditions, the flavonoids extraction rate from E. ulmoides leaves could reach 8.7%.
