摘    要:以挖掘机工作装置的大臂为研究对象,在对挖掘机的几种典型工况进行分析的基础上,利用Pro/E和ANSYS两种CAE工具软件,建立了工作装置大臂的三维模型,进行了强度、变形分析,给工作装置的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Taking the big arm of excavator working device as an example,the 3D model of working mechanism was established by CAE software Pro/E,then using finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the stiffness,strength of working equipment.The results showed that stress distribution of work device could clearly explain failure cause and the result could be applied as the references for the working mechanism design.The excavator design method has been improved and a new approach was provided for similar product design and analysis.
