“两硬”条件下综放面支架围岩关系

摘    要:依据对忻州窑矿8916综放面矿压的观测,论述了“两硬”条件下综放面矿压显现特征、支架初撑力与阻力的关系和悬梁式力学模型。结论是“两硬”条件下综放面既保持了坚硬顶板的显现特征,又具有放顶煤垫层的特性,支架合理工作阻力应以悬梁力学模型为基础,用垫层效应系数来修正。

Abstract:Based on the strata control observation of the fully mechanized sub level caving mining working face 8916 in Xinzhouyao mine, the ground behaviour characteristics and the relation between the support resistance and its setting load of the fully mechanized sub level caving warking face under hard roof and hard coal seam condition are systematically discussed and the amended cantilever beam mechanical model is put forward. The mechanical relation between the support and surrounding rocks of the sub level caving working face under the two hard condition both reserves the behaviour characteristics under hard roof and possesses the special relation of the tender top coal cushion. The rational support working resistance should take the cantilever beam mechanical model as foundation and then is amended by multiplying a cushion effect coefficient.
