| 摘 要： | 2003年10月，国务院批准三峡水库枯水期蓄水至139m水位。在枢纽及库区相关工作准备就绪后，10月26日开始蓄水。11月5日，水库水位蓄到139m，从而提前发挥三峡工程防洪、发电、航运三大效益，其中航运效益尤为突出。

| Abstract: | On Oct. 2003, the State Council approved of storing water to the elevation of 139 m in the Three Gorges Reservoir during the low water period. After the preparations, the Project began to store water on 26,October. On 5, November, the Reservoir has stored water up to the elevation of 139 m. The flood control, power generation, and the navigation benefits have been brought to play in advance, among which the navigation benefit is the most important. |
