摘    要:采用水酶法提取茶叶籽油,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化提取工艺条件。结果表明,水酶法提取茶叶籽油优化工艺条件为:纤维素酶用量1.1%、果胶酶用量2.0%、蛋白酶用量0.2%,料液比1:6,酶解温度45℃、酶解pH值5.0、酶解时间8h,茶叶籽油得率28.64%。

Abstract:Tea seed oil was extracted by using Aqueous Enzymatic method and studied the technical conditions.Based on single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was performed to determine the optimum technical conditions and the results were as follows:dosage of cellulase was 1.1%(w/v),xylanase was 2.0%(v/v),acid proteas was 0.2%(w/v),ratio of material to water was 1 to 6,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 45℃,pH was 4.5 and the reaction time was 8 hours.Under the optimum conditions,the tea seed oil rate of extraction could be 28.64%.
