| 摘 要： | 由于Linux不具有硬实时性,在开放式数控系统运动控制器中采用RTAI(Real Time Application In-terface)实时方案来解决嵌入式Linux数控平台的实时问题。RTAI能够实现内核的可抢占性,实时中断机制以及动态优先级调度等基本实时机制;同时它完全开放源码,方便针对嵌入式控制应用的内核调度机制进行改造。文章对RTAI的特性及在基于Mpc5200数控系统运动控制器中的改造和应用进行了研究分析。实验证明该方案能够满足嵌入式控制系统的实时性需求。 |

| Abstract: | Because Linux is not a real-time OS,the RTAI(Real Time Application Interface) was used in the open CNC motion controller to solve the real-time problem of embedded Linux CNC.RTAI can realize the priority of different kernel parts,real-time interruption mechanism and dynamically scheduling methods.And it is open source software,which make the kernel easy to be modified.This paper has studied the characteristic of the RTAI and the application of open CNC motion controller based on the mpc5200.The result of research has proved that this method is available and can meet the real-time requirements of embedded control system. |
