Research on the Design of Delivery Methods of Construction Projects

Based on analyzing the constitution of the transaction cost and the delivery method of the construction project which is consisted of the procurement method and contract design,this paper discusses the influencing factors of project delivery system and presents the ideal design frame and steps of the system. Furthermore,this paper analyses that the project procurement method and contract type change along with the project product uncertainty changing. Such analysis can be used to predict to design the project delivery method.
