管子钳铝合金钳套液态挤压工艺及模具设计

摘    要:采用液态挤压代替压力铸造及热模锻生产铝合金钳套,不仅克服了压铸件内部容易形成气孔和氧化夹杂的缺陷,而且减少了热模锻的投资、提高了材料利用率及降低了产品成本。本文介绍了钳套材料、挤压件设计、模具结构,分析了液态挤压的工艺参数及选择依据、产品技术经济性。

Abstract:The aluminum alloy plier covers were manufactured with liquid extrusion technology replacing die casting under pressure and hot die forging.Not only the defects of gas holes and nonmetal ingredient in die casting were eliminated,but also decreasing the investments of hot die forging,improving the efficiencies of material utilization and reducing the cost of products.The material of the plier cover,the extrusion parts design and die structure were introduced.The technology parameter,the selection basis and the economies of product technology were also analyzed.
