摘    要:针对油田稠油管线外输的工况需要,开发了KDYW120—75×6中开多级保温式稠油输送泵。该型泵叶轮采用偶数设计方案,全部叶轮轴向成对称分布,背对背安装;压出室设计为两个互成180°倒置的布局形式;采用中开式结构,无平衡盘、导叶等元件;泵体设置有保温夹套,可通入热介质,使泵整体达到保温的效果。经过油田3年多的连续运行,证明新型稠油输送泵可以满足输送稠油(粘度μ≤1000mPa·s)的需要。

Abstract:A new multi-stage pump is developed in consideration of field conditions of viscous oil transmission. The impeller of the pump is designed to even number, and all impeller shafts are symmetrically distributed and installed back to back. The pressure chamber is designed into an inverted type with 180°from each other. The pump is a split type without balanced disk and vane, and an insulating jacket is fixed in the pump body and hot medium can be introduced into it for the purpose of insulation. The pump has been used in oilfield for 3 years, the result shows it can meet the demands of viscous oil transmission (viscosity μ≤1 000 mPa·s).
