双月桂酸三乙醇胺酯合成及性能研究

摘    要:双月桂酸三乙醇胺酯是一类较好双子型表面活性剂,该研究反应条件对产物转化率影响,得出相对最佳反应条件为:以对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,反应温度140℃,月桂酸与三乙醇胺摩尔比2.1:1,催化剂用量为wt.2.5%,反应时间12 h,酯化率达86.95%。对该化合物性能测试,考察不同浓度盐酸溶液中囊泡现象、溶解能力、乳化能力、发泡能力等;研究结果表明:在pH值为2.1~2.4盐酸溶液中囊泡现象最好,该化合物表面活性低于一般表面活性剂,但持泡能力强,乳化能力好。

Abstract:The triethanolamine dilaurate is a relatively good gemini surfactant.In this paper,we have studied the influence of the reactive condition to the feed stock conversion and obtained the best reactive conditions:Toluene-p-sulfonic acid is catalyst;reactive temperature is 140℃;the molar ratio of Lauric acid and Triethanolamine is 2.1:1;amount of catalyst is wt.2.5%;reaction time is 12 h and the rate of esterification reaches 86.95%.For testing the performance of this compound,we have inspected the phe- nomena of vesicles,dissolving capacity,emulsification,foaming ability and so on in the solution of Hy- drochloric acid of different concentration.The findings indicated that,the phenomena of vesicles is the best,when the pH of Hydrochloric acid solution is 2.1~2.4.The surface activity of this compound is lower than the general surfactant,but it has good stability and emulsification.
