TiO_2/EP复合光催化材料的制备及其催化性能研究

摘    要:以膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载体,用微波合成了TiO2/EP光催化材料。研究结果表明:微波功率240W,加热时间5m in,焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间2h为制备TiO2/EP复合光催化材料的最佳条件。将制得的催化剂进行光催化降解实验,可使浓度为15mg/L的罗丹明B的去除率达90%以上。

Abstract:The TiO2/EP compound photocatalytic material was prepared by microwave synthesis using the expanded perlite(EP) as supporter.The research results showed that the optimum conditions for preparation of TiO2/EP compound photocatalytic material by microwave synthesis are as follows:the microwave power is 240W,the time of microwave heating is 5min,calcinating temperature is 550℃,and calcinating time is 2h.The photocatalytic degradation experiment of the prepared TiO2/EP catalysts was also perfomed,the removal rate of rhodamine B(15mg/L concentration) can reach over 90%.
