稀土镧盐对PVC热稳定作用的研究

摘    要:研究了稀土镧盐——碱式硬脂酸镧、碱式亚磷酸镧对PVC的热稳定作用。结果表明:单一的碱式硬脂酸镧的热稳定作用比三盐基硫酸铅差,但可以取代少量三盐基硫酸铅;碱式硬脂酸镧中碱基含量为4.89~5.78mol/kg时,其热稳定作用最强。碱式亚磷酸镧与碱式硬脂酸镧之间存在负协同(或反协同)稳定作用。

Abstract:The effects of basic lanthanum stearate and basic lanthanum phosphite on the heat stability of PVC were studied. The results showed that the monobasic lanthanum stearate could partially replace the tribasic lead sulfate though its stability was not as good as tribasic lead sulfate. The basic lanthanum stearate with 4.89 - 5.78 mol/kg basic group could take better heat - stabilizing role in PVC resin. There were negtive or counter synergistic stabilizing effect between basic lanthanum stearate and basic lanthanum phosphite.
