| 摘 要： | 对圆柱螺旋面进行了解析,提出了圆柱螺旋面展开的精确计算方法,利用这种方法可以由计算机快速、准确地绘制其展开图,并运用CAXA线切割V2编程软件快速生成数控程序,从而在线切割机床上实现了准确的切割下料。

| Abstract: | After parsing the cylindrical helicoids the accurate calculating method was clarified in this paper. The unwind figure can be precisely and quickly drawn with this method. Consequently the economical and accurate cutting can be achieved in wire cutting machines. |
