| 摘 要： | 本文对铝合金方锭电磁铸造中由感应圈、屏蔽罩及铸锭构成的结晶器系统电磁参数R、X、Z以及屏蔽罩位置、厚度等参数的影响进行了计算.在此基础上,对电磁铸造中使用的中频电源的各项参数进行了选择.

| Abstract: | The parameters R , X, Z, of electromagnetic mold system , which
consists of inductor, magnetic screen and aluminium ingot, are computed, and the effect of some factors, such as position and thickness of screen, distance between inductor and ingot, on the parameters R, X, Z is analyzed. According to the computation and analysis, the parameters of medium-frequency power source are selected. |
