忻州市煤炭行业绿色矿山建设评价指标体系研究:以王家岭煤矿为例

摘    要:2018年国家颁布了煤炭行业绿色矿山建设规范,因不同地区绿色矿山建设的侧重点存在差异,本文以《忻州市绿色矿山创建标准(试行)》为依据,从资源开发、生态修复与土地复垦、企业管理和企业形象等6个方面,选取了20个指标,运用DPSIR模型和模糊数学分析创建忻州市煤炭行业绿色矿山评价指标体系。以忻州王家岭煤矿为例,运用评价体系对其绿色矿山创建达标进行了评价,得出与矿山实际相符的结论,证明了评价指标体系的科学性和合理性,对忻州市创建煤炭行业绿色矿山具有一定的推动作用。

Abstract:In 2018, the state promulgated regulations on the construction of green mine in the coal industry. Because there are differences in the emphasis of green mine construction in different areas, Based on Xinzhou green mine establishment standard, this paper selects 20 indicators and uses the DPSIR model and fuzzy mathematical analysis to create an evaluation index system of the coal industry green mine in Xinzhou city from six aspects which include the resource development, ecological restoration, land evaluation, enterprise management, corporate image, etc. Taking Wangjialing coal mine in Xinzhou city as an example, the evaluation index system is used to evaluate the standard of green mine construction. The conclusion is that the evaluation index system is consistent with the reality of the mine, which proves the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index system and promotes the green mine construction of coal industry in Xinzhou city to some extent.
