摘    要:发电厂引风机普遍存在风机叶片磨蚀问题,此类问题会造成较大经济损失。而精细结构陶瓷具有一般金属难以比拟的耐磨性能,因而,耐磨陶瓷覆层风机叶片是目前开发的一项新型防磨技术,该文提出了一种自蔓延高温合成风机叶片耐磨陶瓷覆层新技术。图2参3

Abstract:Blade abrasion of induced fans is a univer sal problem often encountered in power plants. Since structurally refined ceramic has an abrasion resistant property unmatchable by ordinary metals, abrasion resistant coating of blades has become a new anti abrasion technique of coating fan blades with a layer of abrasion ceramic produced by the Self propagating High temperature Synthesis (SHS) method.
