摘    要:应用计算机优化排料系统,解决一些企业面临的三大问题,一是提高钢材综合利用率;二是提高钢材信息管理的效率,特别是各个部门之间的协作和数据共享,也就是所说的材料追溯管理;三是形成机械的加工代码,输入数控切割机进行下料,提高管理和生产效率。

Abstract:The application of computational optimization cutting system in steel construction can solve three problems faced on some corporations. First is increasing the using rate of raw steel materials. Second is improving the management of the materials information and communication sharing in each department. That is tracing system for raw materials. Third is creating mechanical numeric code for cutting. It would be more efficiency on communication management and fabrication.
