癸二酸二异辛酯的非酸催化合成

摘    要:制备了一种非酸固体催化剂 ,考察了该催化剂催化合成癸二酸二异辛酯的工艺条件 ,在优化条件下 ,癸二酸二异辛酯的收率为 99% .优化条件为醇酸摩尔比 2 .8,反应温度 2 2 0℃ ,催化剂用量 1 % ,反应时间 2 .5h。该催化剂对其它一些癸二酸双酯和己二酸双酯的合成也具有良好的催化活性

Abstract:The new nonacidic solid catalyst was prepared. The synthetic condition of di(2ethylhexyl)sebacate by catalysis of the catalyst was studied. In the optimun condition, The optimun condition is as following: the molar ratio for 2ethylhexanol to sebacic acid 2.8, reaction temperature 220 ℃, the amount of the catalyst 1% upon acid by weight, reaction time 2.5 h. The yield was 99%.the catalyst has good catalytic performance in some other diesters of sebacic acid and adipicacid.
