空气弹簧隔振地基自动调平系统研究

摘    要:空气弹簧隔振地基应用于超精密测量,其姿态倾斜将为超精密测量引入误差。本文针对四点支撑的空气弹簧隔振地基设计自动调平控制系统,建立隔振地基数学模型并根据其多点耦合特性提出一种解耦调平方案。根据倾斜角度的大小,本系统采用恒速调节区、比例脉冲区、微调区三阶段调平控制方式。实验表明,该自动调平系统可在120s内将空气弹簧隔振地基调平,精度0.01°,分辨率0.001°,稳定时间12h,达到系统设计要求。
