| 摘 要： | 近年来,IP电话业务在中国得到了快速发展.但同时,随着语音业务的普及,市场期待着VoIP技术的更新.H.323协议作为当前IP电话运营的主流标准,如何与下一代网络良好结合,为用户提供更具吸引力的多样化业务,创造新的盈利模式是其下一步发展所要考虑的主要问题.文中通过对基于H.323协议的IP电话技术深入细致的研究,结合运营中存在的实际问题,对H.323协议进行了研究.
