电传动车辆动力电池组分布式管理系统设计

摘    要:根据动力电池组在电传动车辆上的使用要求,利用总线通讯技术,设计出电池组分布式管理系统,由一个电池组综合管理器和多个电池单体检测模块组成。系统采用基于循环工况的电池组剩余电量神经模糊预测方法,并为了实现对电池单体电压的精确采集,设计出具有特色的压控恒流源电路。实际应用表明,系统运行稳定正常,可扩充性好,对电池组状态预测准确。

Abstract:According to the application request of traction battery pack which is used in electric transmission vehicle, a dispersed management system for battery pack was designed by way of bus communication. The system is composed of many single battery test modules and an integrated battery pack monitor. The method estimating SOC was proposed by established model and algorithm based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system at the operating condition of vehicle drive cycle. The voltagecontrolled constant current source was designed to realize battery voltage acquisition precisely. The practical application shows that the system is characterized by stable operating, fine extension and precise SOC estimation.
