摘    要:给出了光伏电源的调制技术和对锂电池的恒流、恒压和涓流的分阶段充电管理技术,并就遥测站RTU中高效、科学管理光伏电源、储能电池以及实现遥测站对光伏电源运行和充放电状态的远程在线过程检测进行了系统介绍.通过在广东佛山东风水库、广东云浮郁南大河水库等多个大坝的现场运行资料表明,该技术提高了遥测系统的透明度和异常预测能力,能够实现对RTU光伏电源系统的远程监测和诊断,确保水情测站的可靠运行.

Abstract:A remote monitoring solar power supply system is introduced.In hydrology information remote acquisition system,a remote terminal unit(RTU) is a main facility which not only used to communicate to the center station,connect to data sensing transducers,but also it is a solar powered individual system.The management and regulation of the solar power panels and the embedded lithium battery are an important part of RTU.The photovoltaic module which solves the over voltage regulation,efficient power charging and all the parameters of the power system is transparently remote monitor able;and self-diagnosis is presented.It therefore is able to enhance the whole system's stability and reliability.According to all the achieved hydrology remote monitoring systems,it is proved to be a high reliability,low power consumption,long life compact power management module.
