甲萘威农药残留浓度测量系统的研究

摘    要:根据农药的荧光特性,利用紫外荧光检测技术,研制了一种用于监测农药残留物浓度的新型荧光测量系统,对蔬菜中甲萘威农药残留进行了测定。试验表明:在激发波长为319nm和荧光发射波长为647nm情况下,甲萘威的线性范围为0.O~100μg/l,最低检出限LOD为5×10^-7μg/I,线性相关系数为0.9995(S/N=5)。

Abstract:According to the fluorescence specialty of pesticide and ultraviolet fluorescence technology, a new kind of fluorescence detecting system for inspecting the concentration of pesticide leftover is studied and discussed in this paper. It is used to determine the leftover of carbaryl pesticide in vegetable. The results indicate that the linear concentration range is 0.0-100μg/L for carbaryl. The detection limit(LOD)is 5× 10^-7μg/L, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9995 as the excitation wavelength is 319 nm and the fluorescence emission wavelength is 647 nm.
