流动注射荧光光度法测定铈

摘    要:本工作将流动注射分析应用于铈的荧光光度测定,比较完善地弥补了荧光光度测定铈时速度慢、操作麻烦等不足,并建立了一个流动注射荧光测定铈的方法。与原普通荧光光度法测定铈的方法相比较,该方法操作过程大为简化,测定速度由原来的60—80样次/d增加到180样次/h。

Abstract:A spectrofluor imetric method for the determination of cerium( ex/em s 251/365 nm) in hydrochloric acid solution by flow injection analysis is presented in this paper. It has well developed th- normal spectrofluori-metric mathod for determination of cerium and has made: 1, the determination procedure shortened; 2, the determination speed increased to about 180 samples per hourj 3, the determination range widened to 0.05-100.0 ppm CeO2, abouot two times as wide as the normal spectrofluor imetric method; and 4, the relative standard deviation lessened (about 0.47% for 0.1 PPm C6O2, n =13).
