声波跨孔法在混凝土深裂缝检测中的应用

摘    要:对于大体积混凝土深裂缝的检测方法主要有压水法和渗透法,但均存在测试结果误差较大、裂缝末端判断困难等缺点.而应用声波跨孔法进行大体积混凝土结构的深裂缝检测可有效地解决上述问题.该方法用于大体积混凝土深裂缝检测具有操作简便、成果直观、适用性强和可靠性高等优点,并能反映出细微裂缝的变化.分析了声波跨孔法检测深裂缝的基本原理,结合三峡工程实践,介绍了其测试方法及注意事项.

Abstract:Methods used for probing deep cracks in mass concrete mainly include pressure water method and seepage method, but these two methods both have shortcomings of large error occurring in results and difficulties in judging the location of crack tip. The application of inter borehole acoustic wave method to probing deep cracks in mass concrete can effectively solve the above mentioned problems. This method has advantages of simple manipulation, visual results, extensive suitability and high reliability, and can reflect changes of fine and micro cracks. The basic principle for probing deep cracks by using the inter-borehole acoustic wave method is analyzed, and in combination of the practice of crack inspection at the Three Gorges project, the test process and some matters needing attention are presented.
