| 摘 要： | 椭圆型双漏斗式煤斗是目前国内火电厂建设中少见的煤斗结构形式,首先介绍了这种椭圆型煤斗有别于传统结构形式煤斗的优缺点,其次利用ANSYS有限元软件,对工艺专业提供的两种结构形式的椭圆型煤斗,分全部满煤、单边满煤单边放空两种荷载工况进行了有限元空间结构分析,分别得出了两种椭圆煤斗在两种荷载工况下的应力和变形,得到了煤斗的应力和变形的分布规律、应力集中区域、受力和变形的最不利位置,摸清了椭圆煤斗的受力特点,通过技术经济分析和施工放样难易程度的比较,说明了两种结构形式的椭圆型煤斗的利与弊,为煤斗的结构选型和施工详图设计提供了重要的依据.

| Abstract: | The elliptical coal scuttle with double funnels is rare compared with traditional structural types of coal scuttle in Chinese electric power plants construction at present.This paper firstly discusses the advantages and the disadvantages of the elliptical coal scuttle,then finishes the spatial structural analysis by the FEA system ANSYS for two types of the elliptical coal scuttle.The analysis is carried out under two load cases: the full scuttle is filled with coal,one side scuttle is filled with coal and the other side scuttle is empty.Stress and distortion and their distributing rules are obtained.The mechanical characteristics of the two elliptical coal scuttles are thoroughly studied.Through analyzing and comparing the techno-economy and shaping difficulties of them,some design suggestion is given.That is valuable for framework scheme selection and design for detail drawings. |
