转炉采用热补偿工艺提高终点命中率的研究

摘    要:根据转炉的生产实践,分析了造成转炉终点后吹的主要原因和危害。研究采用吹炼终点前加入碳质固体提温剂,对转炉进行热补偿,可以减少铁的氧化损失,抑制钢水过氧化,提高终点碳命中率,减少以致消除后吹。转炉采用碳质固体提温剂进行热补偿实现终点控制的方法,收到了良好的效果,可大幅度提高炼钢成品率,降低生产成本。

Abstract:Based on practice of converter, the main reason o f later blowing and its harmfulness were analyzed Heat compensation for BOF, th ermodynamics analysis, control of end point carbon content and temperature by he at compensation, solid carbon added into BOF were introduced Later blowing in c onverter was due to heat shortage Solid carbon can be employed to raise the tem perature of molten steel before end point blowing, which can realize heat compen sation and restrain the over-oxidation of molten steel Accordingly, the end po int target-hitting of carbon can be improved and the later blowing can be reduc e d or eliminated The end point control method of heat compensation with solid ca rbon has good effect, such as raising the rate of finished production and loweri ng the production cost
