噻虫嗪在番茄上的残留消解动态

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱外标法,对噻虫嗪在番茄上田间应用的动态残留和终点残留进行了测定。结果表明,噻虫嗪在番茄上的半衰期为3.2d,噻虫嗪的用量为16.8g a.i./hm^2时,安全采摘间隔期应为5d。该试验结果对无公害蔬菜生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:A PHIs(pre-harvest intervals)of thiamethoxam on tomato fruit was established for the field trial and laboratory research.The dynamics and terminal residue of thiamethoxam on tomato was determined by HPLC.The result shows the half-life period of thiamethoxam in tomato fruit is 3.2 d and PHIs is 5 d under the rate of 16.8 g a.i./ha.
