| 摘 要： | 对往复压缩机进气阀漏气故障进行模拟,采用热力参数、示功图和振动的方法在不同程度故障工况与正常工况下对压缩机进行现场监测.分析采用这几种方法对进气阀漏气故障的可诊断程度,探索压缩机气阀漏气故障特征提取的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Simulant experiments on leakage of reciprocating compressor inlet valve is monitored with performance parameter,indicator diagram of work and vibration on site under different conditions from varied kinds of failure situations to normal situations.It is feasible to analyze the use of the above methods in leakage failure of reciprocating compressor inlet valve will be contrasted to seek the best effective one which will be used for valve leakage. |
