| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了QCS204 型耐硫变换催化剂在山西化肥厂首次工业应用情况。试验结果表明, 该催化剂具有强度高、强度稳定性和结构稳定性好, 低温活性高, 易于硫化和再生, 且价格适中等特点。在中压耐硫变换装置的工艺条件下, 其综合性能明显优于国内同类产品, 达到并超过进口催化剂水平, 是中压制合成气或城市煤气装置较为理想的耐硫变换催化剂。

| Abstract: | The first commercial use of QCS04 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst in Shanxi Fertiliser Plant was described in this article.The test run results show that the catalyst is featured by high strength,high strength and structural stability,good low temperature activity and ease in sulfiding and regeneration. Under the process condition of mediumpressure sulfurtolerant shift plant,the catalyst exhibits evidently better performance than other same kind of domestic products. |
