可编程控制器在北溪船闸控制系统中的应用

摘    要:北溪水闸枢纽南港船闸原有液压和电控系统存在一定缺陷和问题,为此对液压和电控系统进行了技术改造,选用可编程控制器(PLC)作为现地控制器。介绍了控制系统的功能、主要配置及控制程序流程图。实践证明,新系统实现了远程闸位和水位等信号自动采集及实时监视,解决了闸门双缸运行不同步问题。

Abstract:South harbor ship's gate as a part of hinge of the Beixi sluice, its old hydraulic pressure and electric power system exist some back draws and problems. So, PLC was employed as a technical alteration. This paper introduce the function, configuration and flow chart of programs of PLC. From actual practices, the new system is proved to be capable of auto-collection and real-time monitoring for long-distance gate level and water level .It solved the problem of nonsynchronous running of two cylinders of the sluice.
