| 摘 要： | 针对目前地区电网调度员培训仿真系统存在的问题,开发了适合吉林地区的调度培训仿真系统。阐述了DTS的系统概念及设计的基本原则,介绍了吉林DTS的软/硬件平台设计、系统功能以及应用情况。该系统在吉林地区的成功应用,极大提高了调度员的素质,有效地提高了吉林电网的安全、稳定和经济运行水平。
