摘    要:本文针对鞍钢线材厂加热炉现场情况,提出计算机在线自学习获取加热经验的思想,建立了一种基于专家知识的炉温优化设定模型;以此模型为核心,开发了上位机优化运行软件,实现了加热炉计算机优化控制.在工程投运之前,完成了仿真研究,验证了所建模型的可行性.

A Computer Optimal Control Expert System with the Ability of On-line Self-learning for the Walking Beam Furnace
Abstract:According to the condition of the walking beam furnace in the Anshann Steel Roll Mill, in this paper an idea of obtaining the reheating rules by on-line self-learning is given, and a kind of furnace temperature setpoints optimzation model based on the expert knowledge is established. In order to realize the computer optimal control for the furnace,an optimal run software in which the model is kernel is developed. The study of simulation experiments is finished and it verifies the model given in the paper is feasible.
