固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/Fe_2O_3-TiO_2催化合成癸二酸二乙酯的研究

摘    要:研究了用固体超强酸SO2 -4/Fe2 O3 TiO2 为催化剂 ,由癸二酸和乙醇反应合成癸二酸二乙酯的最佳工艺条件。结果表明 ,当n(醇 )∶n(酸 ) =4 .0∶1,催化剂用量为酸质量的 5 % ,反应时间为 3.5h ,酯的产率可达96 %。该工艺产率高 ,反应时间短 ,无腐蚀无污染 ,催化剂可回收、活化、重复使用 10次。

Abstract:The optimum technological conditions of the synthesis of diethyl sebacate by the reaction of sebacic acid and ethyl alcohol with SO 2- _4/Fe_2O_3-TiO_2 as catalyst were studied. The results showed that the yield was over 96% when molar ratio of ethyl alcohol to sebacic acid was 4.0∶1, reflux reaction time was 3.5 h and amount of catalyst was 5% of sebacic acid.This process has many advantages such as higher yield, simple procedure,shorter reaction time, non-corrosive,non-pollution, and the catalyst could be recovered, reactivated and reused for 10 times.
