| 摘 要： | 针对采用暗标拍卖和统一市场清算电价结算的输配分开电力市场,初步探讨了供电公司的报价策略问题,给出了一种基于市场清算电价预测的供电公司报价策略模型,在报价时考虑了市场清算电价预测的不准确程度对报价的影响。对算例的仿真结果表明,该模型能够用来有效的进行供电公司的报价决策,同时终端用户对销售电价较高的响应特性增加了供电公司的决策风险。

| Abstract: | According to the separated electricitymarket of power transmission and distribution,the issue of bidding strategyforpowercompanies is discussed.A modelis suggested to develop optimal bidding strategies.The precision of market clearing price forecasting is considered.The simulation result of an example indicates that the proposed model is effective,and the decision risk increases with the end-customers' response to electricity price. |
