| 摘 要： | 本文给出了系列的网络测量结果.通过对实测结果的分析揭示网络时延的严重性、随机性和信息路径的不确定性;指出了这种网络现象对网络授时的严重影响,并指出当前网络授时方所存在的问题.

| Abstract: | The paper discussed that the network time services are strongly influenced by the time delay in the internet. And it points out that the method for time delay eliminating in network time services has some serious defects . A series of measured results of time delay of information in the network are given for discussion. |
