| 摘 要： | 为实现以有限的水资源支撑和保障经济社会的可持续发展,水资源承载力的研究已经成为当前的现实问题。本文结合徒骇马颊河流域水资源综合规划工作,以水资源及其开发利用现状为基础,进行区域内供需平衡分析,研究水资源的承载能力,为区域内水资源的可持续利用,产业结构的调整等诸多方面提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the limited water resources to support and guarantee the sustainable economic and social development,the water resources carrying capacity has become an real issue at present.With the integrated planing of water resources in Tuhaimajiahe,development and utilization of water resources as the foundation,and balance analysis of water resources supply and demand,the thesis studies of the water resources carrying capacity,have the theoretical and practical significance and produce the positive effects on regional sustainable use of water resources,industry restructuring and many other aspects. |
